Shipping Fee: Shipping rates vary by order size. Orders of 4 or more boxes of tambour or acoustic slat walling panels and shipping is on us.
Most accent walls require 2–4 boxes. Ordering 4+ boxes will avoid shipping charges.
How Fast Do We Ship: Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days.
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders, or clearance items. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged products will not be accepted.
Products: Installed products are considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

This has made our entryway so much more elegant and beautiful, the natural smooth walnut is timeless with our 1957 mid century modern brick ranch, too gorgeous for words!
There is no way to use the adhesive with the tongue and groove panels. In order to get the panels to interlock, you have to press them against the wall, then slide them together. With the adhesive (which is very good adhesive) the panel will be stuck to the wall and cannot slide into place. I had to use a brad nailer and abandon the adhesive.
Nice finish, but the boards are bowed so they don’t lie flat. According to Luxewall, this is “normal” and “within industry standards”. (I’ve installed other boards of this type from other companies and never had a similar issue, so…) Luxewall told me it will not affect long term use (probably right), but it makes installation harder to fit in the tongue and groove. In addition, the adhesive tape on the back needs the help of some nails to make the boards lie flat (that tape makes it hard to use stronger construction adhesive). If the boards were flat, I’d give it 5 stars
