LUXEWALL.COM will do its best job to fulfill all sample requests in full, but reserves the right to deny requests of free flooring samples at their discretion, without notice. Product prices offered on this Site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery and Lead Times:
All delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We recommend that installation is scheduled after receipt of the product. And only after careful adherence to our general product and installation instructions which are located on our website.
Measurement and Quantity:
Purchaser/installer is responsible for all measurement quantities. Purchaser will be charged for the actual footage shipped. We accept no responsibility or liability for measurement errors.
Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt of the product and duly noted in the shipping receipt. Purchaser/installer is responsible for final inspection. Do not install defective or incorrect product.
Use constitutes acceptance.
Please refer to the manufacturers installation instructions or consult with your flooring specialist for specific installation instructions. Prior to installation, purchaser/installer is solely responsible for determining the acceptability of moisture levels in both the product and the subfloor.
Inspect ALL materials carefully BEFORE installation. Wood is a natural product containing characteristics such as variations in color, tone and wood grain. Some variation in color is to be expected in a natural wood floor. DO NOT INSTALL products if there are any unacceptable issues with manufacturing defects, color, quality, or finish, and immediately report any issues to a LUXEWALL.COM representative. Even though our product goes through many inspections before it leaves the plant, it is the customer and installer’s responsibility to do the final inspection prior to installation. Warranties DO NOT cover materials with visible defects once they are installed. Use constitutes acceptance.
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30 day time period. Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders or clearance items. Non LW, HWB, or SFS SKU orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
There is a 5 box minimum on all orders to be considered for a return. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged product will not be accepted. Installed product is considered accepted by purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of purchaser.
Payment and Refunds:
We accept debit cards and credit cards. For returns, purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase restocking fee applies. RECEIVING AND INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY
All of our freight shipments require you to be present – Your signature is required.
As with any purchase you make, it is wise to inspect and count what you receive immediately upon receiving it. If there are discrepancies between what you were expecting and what you received, our policy is outlined below:
NOTE: All damaged material MUST be reported to LUXEWALL.COM within 3 business days after delivery.
We at LUXEWALL.com have carefully screened our shippers, so it is rare that you would have visible damage to your order. If you do, however, discover visible damage, we ask that you carefully note the damage on your delivery paperwork prior to the delivery driver’s departure. We will utilize these records to initiate a damage claim with the freight carrier.

Should you discover that your merchandise has been damaged after opening the packaging, do not proceed with installation. We will request digital pictures of the damaged merchandise which will be utilized to initiate a damage claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery:
We are human and sometimes mistakes happen. We sincerely apologize if we ship the wrong goods. We’ll resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible. Call us right away (within 3 business days after delivery) at 877.853.5667 or email@example.com to report the discrepancy. A member of our staff will contact you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you decide to return an item for any reason, we want to hear from you. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 877.853.5667. You will be greeted by a friendly and helpful specialist who will assist you in proceeding with your return.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Customers must contact Luxewall.com at 877.853.5667 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of receiving the order. 30 days after the date of delivery, the order is considered closed and a return cannot be authorized.
Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, it is very important to clearly reference your RA# on the outside of the package. This number is used internally to track your return to ensure your credit is promptly issued. Luxewall.com will coordinate a pick up for the merchandise being returned.
NOTE: HardwoodBargains.com only accepts returns after issuing a return authorization number. All other returns will be refused.
Once your item is returned in its original unopened package, carton or container within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price minus the actual non-promotional shipping costs of the original shipment, any return shipping charges. A 25% restock fee will be deducted from your refund if the product does not have an SFS or HWB SKU.
HardwoodBargains.com processes refunds right away after receiving the return. You can expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks after shipping your item back to us. One of the members of our staff will be in touch with you either by phone or email with the details of your refund. Refunds shall be issued in the same form of payment as that used to make your purchase.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item has been opened or shows signs of soil, damage, or wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges for both original shipping and return costs.
Shipping Charges and Restock Fees: : LUXEWALL.COM shall cover the return shipping charges and restock fees under the following conditions:
- Defective merchandise received
- Merchandise damaged in transit
- Incorrect shipment received due to our error
