Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
- Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders, or clearance items. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged products will not be accepted.
- Installed Products: Installed products are considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs related to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Day of Delivery
- Inspect on Delivery: Before accepting delivery from the driver, check all items upon delivery. Take photos and note any visible damage with the driver before they leave.
- Concealed Damage: Do not install any damaged material, as use constitutes acceptance. If you discover any concealed damage, take photos and contact us within 3 business days at 877.853.5667 or info@luxewall.com.
