General Maintenance Guidelines

Routine Cleaning & Upkeep

To maintain the pristine appearance of your Luxewall® panels:
  • Dusting: Regularly dust panels using a soft microfiber cloth or a vacuum equipped with a soft brush attachment to prevent buildup of airborne particles.
  • Deeper Cleaning: For occasional deep cleaning, use a cloth dampened with warm water and a mild soap solution. Gently wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Immediately dry the surface with a clean, dry cloth to avoid moisture absorption.
  • What to Avoid: Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemical cleaners, ammonia-based products, or excessive water, as these may degrade the finish or damage the wood veneer.

Surface Protection Tips

Sunlight Exposure
  • Continuous exposure to direct sunlight can result in color fading or drying of the veneer. Where possible, install panels away from direct UV light. Consider using UV-filtering window treatments or blinds to reduce sun exposure.

Sunlight Moisture Management
  • Promptly wipe away any spills or water contact. Avoid using Luxewall® panels in high-humidity environments such as saunas or unventilated bathrooms. Prolonged exposure to moisture may cause warping, swelling, or finish deterioration.

Heat Exposure
  • Panels should be installed at a safe distance from sources of intense heat, such as ovens, stovetops, radiators, or heating vents. Always use a protective barrier if installation near heat sources is necessary.

Warranty Coverage

Luxewall® proudly offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty that affirms our commitment to quality craftsmanship and long-term product performance. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers the following:
  • Manufacturing Defects: Defects in materials or workmanship existing at the time of delivery.
  • Color Infused Finish Performance: Resistance to common finish failures, including peeling, chipping, blistering, and excessive fading under normal use.
  • Structural Integrity: Assurance that the panels will maintain their core structural performance when installed in accordance with Luxewall® installation guidelines.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
  • Improper Installation: Damage resulting from failure to follow Luxewall® installation instructions or use of unauthorized adhesives or fasteners.
  • Environmental Exposure: Warping, cracking, fading, or delamination caused by excessive moisture, heat, or direct UV exposure.
  • Post-Installation Modifications: Alterations, cutting, refinishing, or any modifications made after installation.
  • Natural Characteristics: Variations in wood grain, texture, tone, or sheen, which are inherent to real wood products and are not considered defects.
