Each slat is constructed with an MDF core and finished with a real Luxury Black Oak veneer on the all three sides, mounted to a high-density acoustic felt backer to help reduce unwanted echo while maintaining a clean, modern profile.
Note: LED Light Kits are not compatible with AFD acoustic slat panels.
Wood is a natural material and will vary in color, grain, and tone from piece to piece and between production runs. Panels of different lengths or batches may not be an exact color match.
For best results, we recommend ordering all panels for your project at the same time to ensure the most consistent appearance.

Shipping Fee: Shipping rates vary by order size. Orders of 4 or more boxes of tambour or acoustic slat walling panels and shipping is on us.
Most accent walls require 2–4 boxes. Ordering 4+ boxes will avoid shipping charges.
How Fast Do We Ship: Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days.
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders, or clearance items. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged products will not be accepted.
Products: Installed products are considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.
Charges: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs related to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Unlike most home improvement projects, installing our acoustic slat panels is almost as easy as simply hanging a few picture frames. Each panel can be attached to the wall using six screws drilled directly through the felt. For a more secure hold, you can also apply construction adhesive to the back to ensure a firm hold.
To modify the width of our slat panels, you can easily take a razor blade or box cutter and cut through the felt vertically.

The color of the black oak is great - not quite black, but a very dark charcoal brown. We had it professionally installed, so it came out great. 8 boxes took about 7 hours to install on a 12 ft. wall, but included an angled lower portion at steps (not shown in the photo).

Beautiful product, fast shipping, and great customer service from the team. One thing to note, is the panels have a .5" overlay for that seamless appearance, but this means two panels together are 47.5" and not 48" in total when calculating how much you need.
