Shipping Fee: Shipping rates vary by order size. Orders of 4 or more boxes of tambour or acoustic slat walling panels and shipping is on us.
Most accent walls require 2–4 boxes. Ordering 4+ boxes will avoid shipping charges.
How Fast Do We Ship: Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days.
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders, or clearance items. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged products will not be accepted.
Products: Installed products are considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Quality of product is fantastic. Wish it had a self adhesive, but wood glue was an easy solution. Easy, effective way to add character/depth to any room.

The texture color and warmth is beautiful….. I’m very pleased this is a two story wall with a half moon window on top the two pieces are 4’ x 8’ very easy to install and beautiful finish.making the whole wall would’ve been too much in my opinion but make two large sculptural pieces out of it worked out beautifully

The quality of the LuxeWall panels are fantastic & are real wood, which helps make it any look & feel more authentic. I had my contractor install them & he said installation was very easy.
I had a bad experience with another vendor, and luckily found Luxewalls. I simply can’t say enough good things abotu Luxewalls. Luxewalls has a beautiful product. Customer service was personalized and incredibly helpful, and the product came quickly. The price also was very good. The Triangle Diamond panels have a beautiful rich color that shows the wood and wood grain beautifully. They are, indeed, 3-dimensional, which lends elegance to our beautiful music room. The backing is felt, which protects the panels when they are stacked in the box, and effectively holds the individual squares together. Each panel is rectangular, with eight 4” squares total, two rows of four. I had my floors refinished in that darker stain, and had to replace my old natural oak baseboards. The replacement baseboards were a bit short, causing a problem with coverage from the paint on the walls, and the glue from the original baseboards would be visible above the shorter baseboard. Rather than use the shorter board, I decided to cut the Diamond panels lengthwise and use the 1-layer (four 4” tall squares) lengths as a baseboard. They were tall enough to cover any indiscretions from the old baseboards. Note that if the sides of the panels are going to be visible, you’ll want to look at each one, as they seemed to be inconsistent. One piece had glue residue on the side, and some didn’t look finished or were streaky; most were just beautiful. You can always hit them with a touch of stain to finish them yourself, especially if you cut them up as I did for the baseboards, or just choose them and place them wisely. The interior edges of each square did not seem to be finished (i.e., stained). My music room is beautiful, thanks to Luxewalls!

These are such high quality panels! Wasn’t very hard to work with at all. I do recommend that if you plan to do something similar to mine, paint the wall edges , or the wall itself black. Most of the panels are dead perfect in shape, but once in a while you will get one slightly irregular. If the wall is black you will never know. I completed my bar with 5 boxes. Regards, Daron

we looked at a ton of different products, and really liked the natural walnut look. The finish of this product, and the ease of installing were the key reasons why we purchased very easy doing business with these guys as well.
Looks great and easy to install. 4 stars instead of 5 simply for the lack of transparent install instructions. The online listing says to glue them.. and the included written instruction says that glue is "ok", but nailing is recommended (which wouldn't look as clean).

I have not installed the diamond panels yet. What I will say is the quality is top notch and delivery was efficient and as promised. These panels are going to look great surrounding our gas fireplace in our new construction. I highly recommend!
