Shipping Fee: Shipping rates vary by order size. Orders of 4 or more boxes of tambour or acoustic slat walling panels and shipping is on us.
Most accent walls require 2–4 boxes. Ordering 4+ boxes will avoid shipping charges.
How Fast Do We Ship: Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days.
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders, or clearance items. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged products will not be accepted.
Products: Installed products are considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.
Charges: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs related to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

I’m very happy the way my project looks. Just need to get some outlet extensions to finish the project off. 90% of the project was very easy for me but I’m skilled in woodworking. The power outlet cutouts require some focus but I had no problems. Of course the ceiling wasn’t level so you need to make sure your rip cuts fit those imperfections. I’m impressed with how accurate the panels fit together. Looking forward to my next project with these Luxewall panels.

We installed the wood vertically on the wall behind our bar and around the base of the bar. A beautiful cambria bar top is being installed and it will have two crystal and gold pendants hanging above it. The wood enhances everything!!

Luxewall 3D Natural Acacia Walling absolutely changed the look of our dining room. Shipping was very quick and free. The only issue was that there were several pieces that were broken on the edge due to slightly inadequate shipping protection. But I just used them in places where the panels needed to be trimmed. Overall, very satisfied.
I had been looking for some kind of textured paneling for my wall, and stumbled across this. It looks way better than I pictured, and was super easy to install.
I applied the panels vertically in a small stairwell and it turned out great. Furred out with horizontal strips and attached with finishing nails. I pried off some loose strips to infill at the sides. The samples make a nice way to "cap" and edge with a square edge since the panels come staggered.
