Shipping Fee: Shipping rates vary by order size. Orders of 4 or more boxes of tambour or acoustic slat walling panels and shipping is on us.
Most accent walls require 2–4 boxes. Ordering 4+ boxes will avoid shipping charges.
How Fast Do We Ship: Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days.
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.

Lots of compliments. Looks beautiful. Couple of things to know- The published length was 16 inch but is actually 15-3/4 inch. Resulted in changing my layout. Decided to do the sides along with the face. By doing the sides I created a need to dress up the outside corner. Because the pieces are contoured there is not a simple piece of corner trim that dresses up the corner nicely. So I had to miter angle cut two angles on each face piece to make it look nice. Just had to use touch up paint on the cut edges. Sherwin Williams tricorn black is a great match.
Order arrived much sooner than expected. Let it sit indoors for a few days, then was able to put it all up in one day (with another day for touch ups). Panels were consistent with almost no defects and went up really well without any trouble. Wish I would have staggered the stacking but turned out great anyways. After I put it up, I went back with some black stain and hit some of the edges and cracks which made it look more filled in

Just finished our DIY install of the beautiful product from Luxewall. We were looking for a unique idea for a feature wall in our owners bedroom and boy did we get it. I order a few samples and settled on the Onyx Diamond white oak. Easy ordering and each piece is individually wrap inside the box so everything was in great shape upon delivery. We did wait the full 48 hours to acclimatize but once we started installation was easy. We chose the construction adhesive method for our product. We followed the instructions precisely and it did take 18 tubes of construction adhesive. The results are amazing!! The look is exactly what we were looking for on our wall. The wall was just about 200 sq feet. The black is beautiful and it gave the room amazing dimension! So happy we found this product!
The panels themselves look great and are solid wood. The mesh backing is easy to cut for reducing the size by half height or quarter widths, which was very nice for my wall where I just needed about 4 more inches -- no need for a saw! A couple of issues though: 1. The sizing is not consistent and not accurate online. The nominal width is listed at 16 inches but the actual panels were between 15.25 and 15.5 inches. The height is listed at 7.75 inches which is fairly accurate if we are allowing a 1/8th inch tolerance. 2. The individual tiles are pretty inconsistently sized and aligned, resulting in many gaps between pieces. Paint the wall black before installing them and keep some black caulk handy. 3. The tiles aren't stained on all sides, so with the aforementioned unevenness you'll get various hints of the underlying wood tones. 4. Installation instructions are not very useful, as they pertain to generic wood plank installation. These panels are not tongue and groove and seem to be best installed with construction adhesive. I got these on a good sale, but at the full asking price I'd expect more consistent cuts and an overall tighter fit, plus appropriate installation instructions.
