From Our Warehouse to Your Walls
Every order is carefully packaged by our team using heavy-duty materials that protect your panels on the journey. Once it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Delivery on Your Schedule
Carriers call ahead—usually 24 hours before arrival—to set up a delivery appointment. You’ll also be given a four-hour window, so you know when to expect your order and can plan accordingly. If you’re not ready to receive your panels right away, we can hold your order and ship when the timing is right.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Your panels arrive via curbside freight delivery, which means the truck will be larger than a standard parcel service. The driver will unload the pallet to the curb, but you’ll want an extra set of hands to bring the panels inside and place them where you need them.
If your property may be tricky for a large truck to access, simply let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements that avoid any headaches.
