🕒 Processing Times
Most orders ship within 24–72 hours
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on product size and availability
🚚 Delivery Methods
Depending on what you ordered, your items will arrive via LTL Freight or FedEx/UPS Ground.
Here’s how each works:
LTL Freight (for wall panels & larger orders)
Delivered via large freight truck
The carrier will call or email you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment
You must be present to accept the delivery and sign for the shipment
You are responsible for unloading the materials from the truck and bringing them inside
Each box typically weighs 50–70 lbs, so we recommend having help available
Drivers do not assist with unloading or moving items indoors
FedEx or UPS Ground (for samples, accessories, and smaller orders)
Delivered straight to your door — no scheduling required
Tracking will be provided once your order ships
If your order includes multiple boxes, they may arrive separately
📍 Delivery Timing
Please note:
The delivery date shown in your order confirmation is the estimated date your shipment will arrive at the local freight terminal — not your final delivery date.
For LTL Freight shipments, final delivery will be scheduled after the carrier contacts you directly to arrange a convenient day and time.
✅ Delivery Day Checklist
If your order is arriving via LTL Freight, please follow these steps during delivery:
Inspect all boxes carefully before signing
Scuffs or marks on packaging are normal — if there is visible or severe damage to the materials inside, mark the delivery as “EXCEPTION” and contact us right away.
Count all boxes and match them to your shipping paperwork
Check labels to confirm you received the correct styles, finishes, and sizes
If there is a problem: 📸 Take clear photos of the materials and the damaged areas before unloading, then pause and call us at (844) 589-3925.

To ensure your order arrives safely:
You must be present for all LTL Freight deliveries
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if no one is available to sign for and inspect the delivery at the time of arrival
